What are the infrastructure requirements to host Quilter on-premise?

Quilter runs on-premise in Kubernetes clusters, typically needing GPU resources and CPU cores.

Updated this week

To host Quilter on-premise, you’ll need:

  • Kubernetes cluster (on AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP, or your own private infrastructure).

  • GPU resources: Typically several GPUs (e.g., NVIDIA V100 or newer), each with at least 16 GB VRAM.

  • CPU resources: Usually a couple hundred CPU cores, scaling based on board complexity and desired layout speed.

Fewer resources will result in longer processing times, but Quilter’s infrastructure needs are flexible and can adapt to your available hardware. Updates and upgrades are handled via container images deployed directly into your cluster on your own schedule.
